9. Cancellation of event bookings

9.1 In the event that a delegate is unable to attend an LG Improvement and Development event, he or she may be substituted by another delegate up to the date of the event. Delegates wishing to cancel their booking may do so up to 28 days prior to the event. The full amount will be charged for cancellations received within 28 days of the event.
